As the Strategic Finance & Corporate Development Lead, you will drive positive business outcomes through financial insight and analytical rigor. You will work closely with the Director of Corporate Development & Strategic Finance and play an integral role in analysis on a wide range of projects, including strategic decision making and resource allocation, acquisition diligence, geographic and business model expansion, and investor relations. You will work alongside the Strategic Growth team to identify and execute on acquisitions, and interface with the Legal, Integration, FP&A, Expansion, Executive, and numerous other teams on a wide range of ad hoc research projects.

At Compass You Will:

• Drive the company’s growth through acquisition execution, negotiation & diligence and strategic financial investments
• Facilitate post-acquisition integration with internal stakeholders
• Assist with strategic analysis around market and office selection
• Perform analysis of ancillary revenue streams, assessing market opportunity and economic viability
• Track the competitive landscape and new models
• Develop investor materials for Board meetings and support other investor relations projects

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field with a strong academic record
• 6+ years of experience, including 2+ years at a top investment bank or private equity firm. Corporate development or M&A experience at a high-growth or technology company required
• Superior analytical skills, deal structuring & financial modeling capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to own deal processes and project manage cross-functionally across a broad set of stakeholders
• Thrives in fast-paced, changing environments
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proven leadership track record
