As a Corporate Development & Strategic Finance Senior Analyst, you will drive positive business outcomes through financial insight and analytical rigor. You will work closely with members of the Corporate Development & Strategic Finance team and play an integral role in analysis on a wide range of projects, including strategic decision making and resource allocation, KPI development, analysis, & tracking, acquisition diligence, geographic and business model expansion, and investor relations. You will work alongside the Strategic Growth team to support due diligence and execution on acquisitions, and interface with the Legal, M&A Sourcing, M&A Integration, FP&A, Expansion, and numerous other teams on a wide range of ad hoc research projects.

At Compass You Will:

  • Drive the company’s growth through supporting acquisition diligence & post-acquisition integration, and strategic financial investments
  • Be a critical contributor to development and tracking of core company key performance indicators (KPIs) to aid in managing the business and reporting to investors
  • Assist with strategic analysis around market & office selection, and ancillary revenue streams
  • Track the competitive landscape and new models
  • Develop investor materials for Board meetings and support other investor relations projects

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field from a top-tier university with a strong academic record
  • 1-2 years of experience at a top investment bank, private equity firm, management consultancy, or corporate finance / corporate development team a plus
  • Superior analytical skills, and a desire to develop strong financial modeling capabilities
  • Ability to project manage cross-functionally across a broad set of stakeholders
  • Thrives in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proven leadership track record
