We are looking for a Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to help build our core financial processes within our rapidly growing FinTech company.  The Corporate FP&A Analyst will drive the monthly reporting materials along with the alignment to our accounting system. 

As an FP&A Analyst you will:

• Consolidate the Strategic / Long-term planning financials and metrics at Paxos and coordinate with the business line fp&a leaders.
• Align our FP&A reporting by department to the accounting general ledger. 
• Administer a metric-driven business review process to drive accountability and observability on business performance.
• Drive our monthly close process within FP&A and ensure we are distilling key trends and action items for senior leadership at Paxos.
• Help coordinate the product of our Board of Director materials on a quarterly basis.
• You will drive ad hoc analytics to improve business performance.
• You will consolidate the company's operating expense budget and keep a clear accounting of the company's spending. You will coordinate a spending approval process as a part of that.

Your experience may have: 

• 2-5 years of experience working in Financial Planning & Analysis + Management Reporting
• Preferred: you have experience working with federally regulated financial institutions
• Preferred: you have experience working with Netsuite (Accounting) and Adaptive Insights (FP&A)
• Demonstrated ability to learn complex new technologies and processes
• Excellent program management and modeling skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working in a tech-driven environment with the ability to coordinate across several stakeholder groups
