Director, Financial Partnerships
Overview:
Atom Finance provides the industry’s leading consumer investment research product to individual investors. To further this important mission, we are looking for an experienced business leader to drive the sales and go-to-market (“GTM”) for Atom’s partnerships with a wide set of financial institutions, including banks, brokerages, wealth managers and other types of financial institutions that are looking to integrate modern investment research products into their digital experiences.
The candidate will deliver the GTM strategy and execution which will include developing scalable processes and programs, and structuring and executing partnerships to drive revenue. This role includes significant cross-team engagement so the candidate will have demonstrated their ability to be highly collaborative.
What You Will Do:
- Significantly deepen our relationships with Financial Services partners globally by signing high-impact partnership and executing Atom’s GTM strategies.
- Build and manage GTM programs in collaboration with other teams, such as Product and Marketing to maximize deal terms and partner retention.
- Shape Atom’s feature roadmap by surfacing insights/learnings from partners, customers, and sales and advocating to prioritize these requests to the Atom product team.
Who You Are:
- 10+ years of partnership, sales and/or business development experience.
- 2+ years of hiring and team leadership experience.
- Experience closing large enterprise deals in the financial services or fintech industry.
- Successful track record of developing and growing partnerships and/or customer relationships.
