About the Role:

We’re looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who will inspire and build a high-performing finance team, but can also embrace ambiguity and loves solving problems.  We are looking for a strategic and operationally-minded leader with advanced financial modeling skills and a business partner mindset. You will play a critical role in ensuring we continue building a world-class finance function while partnering across the business to ensure our systems and processes are running smoothly.   This role is highly visible and reports directly to the CFO. 

What You’ll Do:

• Manage key monthly, quarterly and annual financial processes, including forecasting, budget planning and performance reporting
• Champion the reporting and analysis of key KPIs. You will partner with Business Analytics and leadership to establish and evolve KPIs, ensuring measurement of key performance drivers and leading indicators
• Develop new processes or improve existing processes relating to financial planning/reporting
• Maintain a long-range plan in support of the company’s strategy in partnership with executive management. You will continuously support the strategic planning process
• Support ad hoc projects, including corporate development initiatives, and help define systems improvements to support BentoBox’s growth
• Apply an analytical approach to influence strategic decision-making, with a focus on capital allocation decisions and long-term financial planning
• Provide financial analysis and commentary to important partners including BentoBox’s management team
• Manage and develop the FP&A team

Experience We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years in Finance, with at least 4+ years in a corporate FP&A function. Experience in investment banking or management consulting is highly preferred
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or other relevant field
• Experience leading and developing a team
• Experience leading complex workstreams
• Excellent proficiency in accounting and corporate finance concepts
