Joining Collibra’s Product Marketing Team:

Collibra is seeking a Director of Pricing and Monetization to champion our cross-functional GTM initiatives. Working as one Collibra, you will orchestrate all pricing, packaging programs and monetization initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value in close collaboration with multiple teams at Collibra. From gathering and analyzing data, proactively researching pricing strategies, optimizing packaging and ensuring all SKUs have an upgrade/downgrade path associated with them, to delivering actionable field tools and enablement around pricing and monetization.  You will play a pivotal role in supporting Collibra’s continued hyper-growth.

 The Director of Pricing and Monetization at Collibra is responsible for:

  • Partnering with the Product Marketing team and optimizing pricing and packaging to maximize value and customer adoption while streamlining and simplifying customer adoption.
  • Setting up a pricing governance process for the company and establishing best practices around pricing and packaging to accelerate market adoption.
  • Leading efforts to gather market intelligence to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Building tools to simplify TCO/ROI calculations and champion value selling methodology.
  • Delivering enablement and content to help customers better understand value associated with our offers in the market.
  • Driving excellence around reporting, ASP trends, churn, package adoption etc.
  • Supporting partners and customers with proactive communication and enablement 

You Have:

  • 3+ years of technology experience in SaaS Enterprise Software, ideally within the Data Management and/or Analytics spaces
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, pricing, packaging and monetization
  • Experience in modeling and in developing tools, calculators, dashboards and marketing content
  • Ideally you have a background working with companies who are transitioning from on premises to SaaS model

 You Are:

  • Well-versed in high growth environments; execution-oriented
  • Someone who readily absorbs and comprehends new information from formal and informal learning experiences.
  • Effective in working with sales, pre-sales, sales operations, sales enablement, product and product marketing, customer success, and customers.
  • Comfortable presenting, a precise communicator, and team-player
  • Skilled in leading and working with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.

 Reporting to Collibra’s VP of Product Marketing, measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will learn our products, pricing and go-to-market and
  • Within your third month, you will execute your pricing plan, establishing best practices and establishing a pricing committee, building your TCO/ROI tools and dashboards, enabling the field.
  • Within your sixth month, you will optimize and scale to drive maximum customer lifetime value.
