The Role:

DailyPay built a technology platform to reimagine the way money moves. Likewise, DailyPay’s Director of Revenue Operations will use key operational data and technology to help our customer facing teams reimagine how they can go to market with our first-of-its-kind technology. The Director of RevOps manages the Strategy & Process, and Systems teams, while working alongside our Training & Insights, and Revenue Support teams. Together, these groups form DailyPay’s Revenue Enablement & Operations team. Ambitious candidates with a passion for problem-solving and technology will thrive in this role.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Motivate and develop existing and future Revenue Operations Staff 
  • Own compensation plan creation and management to ensure plans increase revenue, retain staff and maintain a low seat acquisition cost (SAC) while ensuring all plans are harmonious with each other. 
  • Optimize revenue team commission and bonus payout process, with data validation and governance in mind.
  • Manage KPI & commission reporting and coordinate payouts with Revenue leadership, Finance and PeopleOps
  • Provide key reporting & actionable data across the revenue management teams
  • Leverage data to best assign accounts and manage territories
  • Cooperate with finance teams to plan hiring, headcount timing, and budget
  • Create and maintain board decks & internal presentations
  • Policy book creation for governance and rules of engagement
  • Own the Revenue tech stack including Salesforce, Salesloft 
  • Collaborate with other leaders in the Revenue Enablement & Operations department to share trends and best practices

What You Bring to The Team:

  • 5+ years experience supporting a sales organization in a high-growth SaaS environment, or 10+ years proven ability in building strategic departments. 
  • Experience leading both in-person and virtually.
  • Experience with managing strategic projects as an individual contributor and through a team. 
  • Quantitative and analytical modeling skills. Advanced Excel skills. 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com.
  • You are driven, motivated by deadlines and a fast-paced work environment.
  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity, experience in change management a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation & facilitation skills and the ability to communicate in both large and small group settings.
  • Detail oriented and dynamic personality - you'll need to keep the audience's attention and build relationships with them.
  • You are a strategic problem solver, taking initiative and thinking about the bigger picture.
  • Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers may be required.
