An Insider's view of HiBob

What are some social events your company does?

We do many events from happy hour after work playing board games, to scavenger hunts in the city, to bowling with the whole north America sales org, to BDR escape rooms. It has been great more than any other company I have worked out. It brings a great sense of teamwork.

Will Pinho

Business Development Representative

What projects are you most excited about?

The thing I enjoy most about my role is seeing the lightbulb effect when people learn something new! I love teaching and also enjoy being one of the first faces people see when they start at HiBob and acting as an ambassador for the company. We have a lot of power to set peoples’ feelings and expectations around working at HiBob.

Justin Vogel

Sales Enablement Program Manager

What makes someone successful on your team?

I am so lucky to work with some incredibly talented folks on my team. It takes the ability to think critically about what problems the customer is actually trying to solve, and then apply Bob to those issues. You can't get to that point without truly embracing Bob's culture and build a network of relationships.

Austin Farr

Senior Sales Engineer
