You will lead a team of talented operations professionals to develop business solutions to the challenges and opportunities faced by our go-to-market teams. In so doing, you will manage, motivate, and mentor our existing team of revenue operations professionals. You will create a best-in-class team that combines significant technical expertise of our GTM tools, with strategic thinking and elegantly designed processes to support Bizzabo’s SaaS business.

You will lead several mission-critical functions and teams - Sales and CS Operations, GTM Data Analytics and Systems. 

In addition, you will act as a strategic advisor to Bizzabo’s go-to-market leaders (VP of Sales, Chief Customer Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer) to ensure they have the tools and resources required to achieve their business objectives. 

This role will report to the VP of Operations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead a team responsible for sales operations, marketing operations and cs operations, supporting the heads of the above teams in various activities, including planning, execution, forecasting, reporting, pipeline management, compensation, and strategic analysis with expectations of high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency
  • Own the process by which leads, contacts, and accounts are assigned to salespeople
  • Oversee our sales and customer success deal desks to ensure deals are processed in a timely manner while ensuring only deals that have met our guidelines are closed. 
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
  • Create and maintain reports on marketing activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within our CRM and MAP
  • Ensure all of our go-to-market systems operate efficiently and scale according to our company growth
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize go-to-market team performance
  • Deliver and execute on strategic projects and serve as the primary conduit for cross-functional work

Who you are:

  • Minimum of seven years of experience working as a business-operations professional, and at least three years of experience working as a revenue-operations professional
  • Minimum of five years of management experience, at least three years of which has been focused on leading operations professionals
  • Extensive experience acting as or managing, a Salesforce system administrator
  • Experience in managing (and growing) teams of 10+ employees
  • Experience with common marketing operations problems, such as integrating MAP and CRM, lead routing, and account scoring
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in STEM

  • Masters of Business Administration
  • Experience in full-funnel SaaS operations - Marketing, Sales and CS

Our office is located in the Flatiron District. Our energetic culture extends beyond the office and into the neighborhood of trendy bars/shops. Bizzabo also has offices in Israel, London, Montreal and Kiev.
