The Role:

Reporting to the SVP of Revenue, the Director of Revenue Operations will lead the Revenue Organization’s operations in go-to-Market effectiveness, manage functions essential to Sales and Customer Success productivity, and work with SVP Revenue, VP CS, VP Sales, VP Strategic Market Insights, and other senior management to drive cross-functional initiative across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Drive solutions to optimize the Revenue Organizations’ ability to generate more revenue and improve customer retention. Revenue Organization includes SDR, Sales teams, Implementation and Customer Success teams and Enablement functions. Teams are segmented by Customer Tiers
  • Identify, prioritize and support the execution of strategic growth initiatives
  • Translate strategies to execution for pipeline optimization, deal flow and velocity, pricing and monetization
  • Identify and drive revenue org productivity and efficiency improvements
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across revenue teams
  • Implement regular reporting of key performance metrics including forecasting, funnel analysis, and pipeline management by working with Finance and Sales/CS analyst
  • Utilize metrics from all revenue teams to provide accurate forecasting
  • Work with Revenue leadership, Finance and HR on the design, metrics and implementation of comp plans across the revenue org, as well as quarterly bonus/commissions payouts. Manage exceptions
  • Evaluate and iterate on existing KPI structures
  • Work with Finance and Revenue leadership on Annual budgeting, and monthly/quarterly tracking and insights areas of deviations and recommendations. Including capacity planning and headcount projections, facilitating and tracking of recruitment across all the revenue teams
  • Maintain and communicate rules of engagement, pricing, and process maps
  • Fully own revenue tech stack - evaluate, business case, negotiate/select, refactor, implement and optimize. Ongoing management of tools to ensure effective usage and realization of value expected
  • Standardize and consolidate data capture & organization, creating accurate, timely, repeatable sources of data
  • Define Business Intelligence/Insights function - to drive improvements internal across Revenue Org as well as to empower customer facing teams with valuable insights to share with Partners driving new opportunities
  • Define and roll out Value Measurement framework and benchmarking Customer specific value
  • This role is a leadership role that starts as an individual contributor while building a world class rev-ops team over a period of time (candidate should be ready to roll up their sleeves)

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of demonstrated experience in operations, business planning, PM or sales/CS support management role
  • Proficient with HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced competitive environment
  • Proven success building process and facilitating workflows across multiple departments
  • Ability to craft metrics, reports, and dashboards for all revenue team members
  • Excellent organization and analytical skills
  • Proficient communication both written and oral
