Director, Services Revenue
We are looking for a Director of Services Revenue who will lead and manage the overall direction and vision of CreatorIQ’s Premium Services offerings. The Director will be accountable for revenue goals and profit margin targets. Reporting to CIQ’s Head of Sales, this person will work closely with the Sales team, Services Solutions team and Customer Success teams to close revenue opportunities with both new and existing clients. The Director will also collaborate closely with the Services Solutions team to design, develop and ensure successful fulfillment of Premium Services offerings.

What you’ll do:
Lead commercial initiatives related to CreatorIQ’s Premium Services offerings including...
- Pitch services offerings to existing and prospective clients; close deals
- Collaborate with Sales team to educate them about what are the Premium Services offerings and how they can provide solutions for clients
- Utilize your creativity and industry knowledge to design product offerings that address client’s business needs
- Collaborate with CIQ Client Services team ensure fulfillment of offerings
- Develop product pricing that ensures both a good price-value equation for clients as well as adequate margins for CIQ
- Evaluate our current services offerings with an emphasis on repackaging our current solutions and ideating new solutions in order to increase services revenue
- Take ownership of the P&L for Premium Service offerings; focusing on increasing revenue while developing efficiencies and cost controls that improve margins
- Strategize with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify key opportunities for account expansion
- Communicate and frame the key value creation that CreatorIQ delivers as compelling case studies to key client stakeholders, champions, and our internal team to ensure constant communication of our positive impact and stronger client relationships
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and innovations in the social realm, and provide clients with insights that will enhance their influencer marketing efforts
- Provide big-picture recommendations on how to improve CreatorIQ’s partnership with the client
Who you are and what makes you qualified:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the professional services industry, preferably with an industry-leading Advertising / PR agency or a highly reputable consulting firm
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in the influencer marketing industry
- Proven track-record of closing business / exceeding quotas
- Ability to build strong and effective relationships which introduce win-win solutions across departments and with clients
- Ability to work effectively within the organization where the position does not have direct responsibility over functional teams but does have overall responsibility for client satisfaction/retention
- Demonstrated creativity with designing solutions & products for clients
- Demonstrated success as a strong and influential negotiator
- Proven ability to drive decisions and actions among diverse groups to achieve goals
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrate experience and a passion for the social media technology universe
- Fluency in social media platforms; direct experience in working with social media management software is preferred, although not required
- Passion for solving client challenges and commitment to client delight
