Director of Treasury Services

The Director of Treasury Services role will support and supervise the banking relationships of the Company, and design and develop procedures for an ever growing suite of bank accounts and banking products.


  • Develop and implement a plan to transition the Company’s bank accounts and banking processes to a larger global banking partner
  • Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities
  • Report on cash flow positions and funds available for investment
  • Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
  • Maintain banking relationships
  • Oversee activities of external investment advisors
  • Monitor the activities of third parties handling outsourced treasury functions on behalf of the company
  • Advise management on the liquidity aspects of its short- and long-range planning
  • Design, develop and maintain KPIs and reports to manage the operations and efficiency of the treasury process
  • Ensure that approved policies are effectively carried out and all procedures are working efficiently on a day-to-day basis
  • Provide support during annual and other audits, as required


  • Minimum 10 years experience in the Treasury department of a major company
  • Experience working with banking platforms of Bank of America, Chase and/or Citibank
  • Experience in Netsuite, a plus
  • Thorough understanding of bank account management
  • Thorough understanding of managing investments
  • Experience using hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates on the company's borrowings, as well as on its foreign exchange positions a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience managing remote teams
  • Strong critical thinking and quantitative skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and glass-half-full mentality
  • Experience working with different subsidiaries
  • Self-starter, positive attitude, zero ego, and ability to problem-solve under minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, and impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks within an open and interactive environment
  • Proactive, always seeking additional responsibility
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes and procedures
