The Role:

As an Enablement Associate reporting to our Enablement Manager, you will work cross-functionally within the Revenue Department to craft and deliver Revenue playbooks as our company grows and scales. The ideal candidate has a consistent record in Sales support and/or Sales/Customer Success enablement in a high-growth environment. You're a self-starter who can build scalable programs, work with little direction, deliver measurable increases in productivity and are passionate about the opportunity to shape the development of our growing team.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Become a subject matter expert on our product and offerings
  • Provide research on competition, industry trends, and business news to support product positioning and go-to market plans
  • Regularly spend time with team members (Enablement peers, Sales Leaders, Marketing, and Customer Success) to understand challenges, best practices and processes to provide the Revenue teams with the resources, content and tools necessary to meet their needs
  • Execute and complete Customer Success Enablement deliverables including playbooks, related content, packaging of tools, techniques and standardized best practices to be used by our Revenue department 
  • Maintain and regularly update playbooks and manage our content management system (Highspot) to ensure the Sales and Customer Success teams have easy access to the most consistent and relevant processes & assets 
  • Track C-suite moves and other important updates on key prospects and clients

What You Bring to The Team:

  • 2+ years experience in customer success/ sales enablement or sales support role preferred 
  • Experience crafting content including PowerPoint presentations, playbooks or related sales and customer success assets
  • Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results, consistently meets project deadlines
  • Excitement for and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a growing team
  • Highly organized & detail-oriented; adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity, experience in change management a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills
  • You are a strategic problem solver 
  • Prior experience with asset management tools like Highspot a plus 
  • Experience with SFDC a plus
