- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related discipline required
- Advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in finance and accounting
- Detailed and extensive skill set in modeling and financial planning Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
- Maniacal attention to detail
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skill
- Build out and maintain short and long term company’s financial model.
- Define capital allocation framework.
- Harmonize and Build next level Operational reporting, globally.
- Analyze, measure and optimize Sales and Marketing funnels.
- Business partnering to various Executives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
