Finance Manager

stojo is a rapidly growing global consumer packaged goods company on a mission to end disposable culture by creating innovative collapsible, reusable products. The Finance Manager will manage stojo’s bookkeeping, accounting, and inventory management. A key part of this role will be to work with the leadership team on optimizing systems and reporting functions. Applicants should be comfortable joining a lean and scrappy team who is ready to take stojo to the next level. what you’ll do:
General bookkeeping and bank reconciliation.
Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and expense reports.
Build and maintain reporting for various business insights.
Inventory bookkeeping, management, and forecasting.
Oversee and manage staff payroll.
who you are:
3+ years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
2+ years of inventory accounting experience. Experience with SOS Inventory Software is a plus!
Knowledgeable in SaaS integrations.
Expertise in QuickBooks Online.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
Ability to think on your feet while problem-solving quickly and efficiently.
Team player who is willing to be all hands on deck with an eagerness to gain new skills and build a company.
