Finance Temp
IEX is currently looking for a temporary team member to join our Corporate Finance department for the next six months. You should possess a strong understanding of the basic principles of corporate finance and accounting, and have an interest in working with a lean agile team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for a series of monthly tasks and supporting the team with various reconciliations (cash flows, income statements, investments, and corporate card entries), timesheets, and ad-hoc reporting. What you’ll do:
- Update cash flows and income statement budget tracker
- Process investment entries and reconciliations
- Process corporate card expense allocation and reports
- Compile monthly company timesheets
- Distribute quarterly departmental budget spreadsheets
- Work on various ad-hoc projects
Your background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, current undergrads graduating in May 2018 encouraged to apply!
- Strong foundational knowledge of corporate finance and accounting, preferably with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Intermediate experience with Excel functions and formulas
