UiPath is currently recruiting for a Financial Analyst – FP&A to support the Global Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. Initially, this position will drive the implementation of a Corporate Performance Management tool that will be the central planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting tool for the Finance function. This role will be responsible for the integration management between our ERP, HRIS and the CPM tools; as well as responsible for building reports and Office Connect reports from the CPM tool; and training of users. The successful candidate will also have broad technical knowledge and familiarity across the Finance Systems spectrum (NetSuite, SFDC, Adaptive Insights, Workday and Master Data Management), as well as deepening SaaS experience.

Here's what you would be doing at UiPath:

  • Implement and maintain a Corporate Performance Management tool for the Company that will be used for budgeting, forecasting, strategic business planning and overall Company metrics analysis.
  • Manage the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
  • Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies.
  • Manage full life-cycle implementations, including the development statements of work and client proposals.
  • Identify opportunities to increase usability, relevance and insights from information architecture.
  • Manage resources and budget on client projects. Assist and drive the team by providing oversight.
  • Understand system interdependencies and coordinate projects and requests across multiple teams.
  • Strong at problem solving and able to design solutions that meet a range of requirements.

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, and/or 5-7 years relevant experience. • A minimum of 5+ years of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) related experience and experience leading and delivering full life cycle implementation projects related to ETS and/or EPM with software vendors such as Adaptive Insights, Oracle Hyperion, Oracle PBCS. • Completion of one full implementation with Workday / Adaptive Planning implementation and Workday certification in Adaptive Planning, HCM or Integration. • Strong Excel, database and SQL skills; other programming languages a plus. • Strong experience in BI (Tableau, Looker, Insight Squared) and systems such as ERP (NetSuite), CPM (Adaptive Insights), HRIS (Workday), Sales (SFDC), amongst others. • Willingness to travel domestically and globally as needed; and to participate in meetings outside of core hours to support global projects and team members. • Organized, analytical, motivated, resourceful, flexible, and collaborative. • Ability to partner with software and service vendors / engineers to identify course of resolutions. • A self-starter with a proactive attitude who seeks out opportunities for yourself and your team. • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. • Passion for the automation of the Finance function with RPA; ability to develop new process models that can be managed through our software robots.
