We are searching for a Senior Financial Analyst to drive business insights and efficiencies within our sales and marketing groups. This role should have a passion for problem solving and leading analytically founded operational initiatives from start to finish. With a thoughtful, results-oriented approach you'll apply day-to-day business judgment and analytical thinking while developing strategic frameworks to drive efficiency and deliver growth across our go to market functions.

Responsibilities:

• Business partnerships - work closely with go to market leaders and teams to develop and execute operational and strategic initiatives.
• Operational excellence - self-identify operating inefficiencies, develop a game plan to address them, and make overhauling simple and seamless.
• Sophisticated financial modeling - build models from scratch, improve existing models, and break complex models down into easily digestible components so you and leadership can make the findings actionable.
• Drive analytical rigor across the organization to guide outstanding decision making.
• Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in investment banking and/or corporate finance /operational FP&A at either a high-growth company or a large, well-established organization
• You’re someone who possesses grit and finds creative ways to get the job done. You bring high energy and the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast paced environment.
• Elite analytical skills (ie understanding how to get, manipulate, structure, and talk all things data to perform deep financial or operational analysis). Mastery of excel a must - SQL, Python or other similar competencies a plus
• Works effectively in a fast paced environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches, and with multiple competing deadlines
• Understanding of Salesforce and related systems data architecture, as well as it’s UI.
• Understanding of the SaaS go to market model, sales processes, and associated KPIs.
