Job Mission

The mission of the Finance team is to provide visibility into financial performance and forecasts in order to help the executive team make business decisions based on data.  Your mission specifically is to analyze and provide insights from operational and financial data to support our functional teams.  We are looking to you to help design, build, and institutionalize scaleable financial processes.  Come grow with us!

 Outcomes for the role:

  1. You’re collecting, providing, interpreting, and reporting operational and financial data and assisting the controller with the monthly closing processes. 
    1. Support the month-end close activities of andros books in SalesForce and FinancialForce
    2. Identify areas to improve reporting process as the company evolves and work to update these processes in a timely manner
    3. Become expert in using FinancialForce in order to support our accounting, AR, and AP and revenue recognition needs
  2. You’re managing expense processes from beginning to end, strategically identifying ways to manage cash flow and ensuring we stay in good standing with our employees and vendors
    1. Manage seamless payment process for employees and vendors, ensuring correct categorization of expenses and timely approvals and payouts for expenses
    2. Introduce and implement cash management measures managing payroll and accounts payable processes 
  3. Acting as a good business partner supporting functional team leaders with financial insights and supporting a #OneTeam culture on finance
    1. Cross-training to support billing, invoicing, and collections as necessary
    2. Support CFO with preparing for Monthly Business reviews, Board and Investor updates
    3. Partner with functional leaders in the organization to provide financial insight to improve operational performance
  4. Create and maintain documentation for financial processes
    1. Create documentation for new or currently undocumented financial processes 
    2. Ensure documentation is kept up-to-date with current processes, revising as needed
    3. Ensure documentation is saved in an accessible location for key stakeholders

Desired Attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Tech savvy with a focus on automation
  • Experience with Salesforce and / or FinancialForce, bill.com and Expensify is a plus

In compliance with the nation-wide updates on the Equal Pay For Equal Work Act, salary range is displayed: Estimated salary range: $60,000 to $85,000. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the andros salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of andros’s total rewards package for our employees. Other rewards may include annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
