And now, we’re looking for a Financial Analyst to join the DICE team in New York.

About the role
As a Financial Analyst at DICE, you will be focused on reconciling settlement statements for our partners and venues. The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, will be comfortable analyzing and summarizing large data sets and have superior excel/spreadsheet skills.
You’ll be
- Organizing, summarizing, and compiling transactional data for venue statement preparation including supplemental data of recoupable advances.
- Reading, extracting, and summarizing contract information to ensure venue reporting adheres to contractual terms.
- Managing workflow to ensure compliance with contractual deadlines to partners and venue is met.
- Working with Accounts Payable team members to ensure payments are made in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicating with multiple internal departments to obtain contracts and verify all statements are summarized and calculated in accordance with contract terms.
- Assisting in recording and processing settlement payments including set up, refunds,, discrepancies, and communication with the Accounting and Operations teams.
- Identifying process and systems related opportunities within the venue settlement function and assist in implementing changes to drive scalability, efficiency, and productivity.
- Assisting with adhoc requests from Operations teams, and external partners.

You’ll need
- Degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Business
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar function
- Expert excel skills.
- Familiarity with Looker is a plus.
- High degree of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to balance and prioritize work

During the pandemic, we learned that working from home can help us focus, but many of us missed the buzz of the office. For our NY team, we have a hybrid work policy of three days in the office (Mon–Wed) and two days work from anywhere (Thurs–Fri).
