What We're Looking For:

Domio seeks a highly motivated, analytical, and enthusiastic Financial Analyst to join our rapidly growing Finance team. Combining an understanding of finance, practical knowledge financial statements, and using data to make and drive decisions, this candidate will perform various financial planning and analysis processes to support key decisions, drive growth, and ensure financial objectives are achieved.

At Domio You Will:

  • Perform modeling and analytics required to synthesize large sets of data and produce concise outputs to convey recommendation and/or conclusions to leadership
  • Aid in the reporting and financial performance management frameworks for the business and help define key metrics and performance indicators to evaluate overall business performance
  • Actively participate in the strategic planning, target setting, and annual planning processes
  • Effectively manage numerous projects at a given time in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage business intelligence platform to provide key analytics and consumer insights and provide decision support that optimizes value creation across the organization
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasting
  • Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document variance explanations to determine progress versus financial targets
  • Conceptualize, document, and build financial models to assist in decision making
  • Prepare monthly financial dashboard, scorecards, reports, and P&L narratives for management and internal team discussion
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams as a business partner, provide analysis, present findings, and make recommendations that optimize value creation
  • Conduct business studies on past, future, and comparative performance and develop forecast models
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis as required
  • Analyze historical demand data to develop future forecasts against promotional calendar
  • Assist in systems/process implementations as required
  • Participate in special projects and perform other job-related duties as assigned

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
  • MBA preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst
  • Experience in multi-unit/franchise model is highly desired
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with data query/data management tools extremely helpful (Access, SQL, Business Objects)
  • Proficient knowledge in business intelligence platforms or ERP preferred
  • Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization
  • Effective time management skills with strong organization and prioritization
  • Financial analysis and modeling skills and experience in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • Advanced Excel (i.e. VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) and PowerPoint skills
  • Advanced SQL coding skills
  • Ability to think creatively, self-start, work independently, deal with ambiguity, and meet tight deadlines/prioritize changing workloads
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision with strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
