The  Role:

In the role of Financial Controller, you will strategize with the Leadership team to ensure the efficient growth and  scaling of the company while creating and maintaining the timely and accurate financial reporting for the business. You will help to establish financial processes, control costs, and financial policy for the company, Implement reporting system and participate in the audit process. The The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, experience with complex accounting topics, and an ability to communicate complex ideas with a wide array of stakeholders. 

What You’ll Do:

• Perform and manage the monthly and quarterly close processes
• Managing accounts receivables and accounts payables invoice processing
• Create and maintain budgeting tools including budget-to actual/variance reporting, financial planning and analysis, and cash flow analysis
• Create and maintaining internal controls, establish and maintain immaculate record keeping and be able to manage an audit process
• Managing outside vendors

Who You Are:

• 7+ years experience in Accounting at high-growth technology companies; FinTech experience preferred 
• CPA; experience at a “Big 4” firm preferred
• Proven expertise with Excel
• High proficiency working with Quickbooks and Netsuite
• Strong communication skills
