Description: 

This cross-functional role blends Finance, strategy, and operations and interfaces with all management levels and departments. You will develop a deep understanding of the product, revenue streams, costs, partnerships, and overall organization while creating robust financial processes as we continue to scale. You will be key to lead financial analyses and inform critical business decisions.

Responsibilities & Skills:

• Owning the financial model and re-forecasting (in collaboration with Director of Finance)
• Partner with Accounting on monthly close process, financial reporting, and preparation of GAAP financial statements.
• Budget creation and variance analysis.
• Pricing, Cost, and margin analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and operations on both top-line growth and efficiency projects.
• Design and evolve key dashboards for all segments of the business
• Support investor relations, fund-raising, and banking relations
• Manage FP&A team over time
• Ad hoc financial analysis and strategic insight as needed

Requirements:

• 4+ years of FP&A experience preferably at a high-growth company or within a business unit of a larger technology company.
• And / Or 2+ years experience in either Technology Investment Banking or Strategy Consulting
• BA/BS degree required (business or technical); MBA and/or CFA preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to interact and influence at all levels; excellent communication skills
• Hands-on financial modeling skills (Excel/Sheets superpowers) + presentation acumen (PPT, Slides)
• System implementation experience is a plus (NetSuite, Intacct, Host Analytics, Salesforce.com, Anaplan, Looker, or similar)
• Knowledge of software / SaaS business models is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a highly analytical mindset, and experience delivering on time-sensitive projects for leadership
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task, own complex projects, and manage time effectively under tight deadlines
