Conductor is looking for a smart, hard-working, and detail-oriented Financial Planning Analyst. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a dynamic environment, will bring energy and passion to everything they do, and will not be afraid to roll up his or her sleeves to tackle projects both big and small. Responsibilities:

• Work directly with and learn from the Director of FP&A to develop an in-depth understanding of Conductor’s historical financials and future projections
• Comfortable working with large data sets to develop insightful analyses for department heads and top management on critical business projects
• Analyze financial data, provide forecasting support, and assist in preparation of reports and presentations
• Prepare analysis and support for monthly actuals to plan reporting requirements
• Assist in company budget planning
• Support FP&A financial models and ad hoc analysis

Requirements:

• BA degree (preferably in Accounting or Finance)
• 2 years of work experience in accounting, banking or financial planning & analysis
• Have an open mindset with a willingness to learn both in-person and virtually
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint as well as Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
• High level of comfort exploring new technology systems and databases
• High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize demands all the while meeting deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive and be highly effective in a fast-paced and fluid environments
• Ability to work in the NY HQ office Monday-Wednesday (hybrid schedule) with Thursday & Friday work from anywhere.
