We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and driven Financial Systems Administrator to join our fast-paced and rapidly expanding Finance organization. You will play a critical role in implementing enhancements to and maintaining our financial systems to help us scale. You will help define our financial systems while working closely with the Finance team and key stakeholders across the company including Product, Engineering, New Development, Expansion and senior leadership.

At Compass You Will:

• Help scale Compass’ financial systems to meet the needs of a rapidly growing business
• Participate in major cross-functional efforts, such as product launches and strategic planning, that pull together team members from departments including Strategic Growth, Agent Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Product
• Establish security requirements and user profiles for all financial systems
• Maintain user access, roles and permissions across all financial systems
• Identify, support and maintain NetSuite user controls
• Ensure SOX compliance for our internal business systems
• Ensure business requirements are properly configured in all financial systems
• Help to integrate financial systems with other business systems and our data warehouse
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend key technologies required to support and improve the business processes centered on the NetSuite platform
• Create ad-hoc reports for end-users and validate new and existing reports for accuracy
• Drive the full life-cycle for financial systems including gathering business requirements, technical analysis and design, coding, testing, and implementation of customizations within the software environment (Procure-to-Pay, Order-To-Cash and Corporate Accounting)
• Maintain documentation of key operational processes, system improvements and their revisions
• Provide end-user training and support, including onboarding new users

What We Are Looking For:

• 3+ years experience designing and implementing solutions in Financial or ERP applications
• 2-3 years experience working as a NetSuite or Callidus Implementer or Administrator; Certification(s) are preferred
• Strong technical background, and hands-on experience customizing NetSuite and/or Callidus and integrating it with other business systems
• Expert in SuiteScript and SuiteFlow
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting and experience with SOX compliance
• Experience with the following systems is preferred: NetSuite, Callidus, Salesforce, Adaptive Planning, Concur, Coupa, business intelligence solutions, and cloud billing applications
• Ability to effectively gather and prioritize user requirements from disparate sources, going beyond user requests to get to key user needs
• Strong consensus and relationship-building skills, with experience marshalling resources across different functions of an organization
• Self-starter, positive attitude, zero ego, and ability to problem-solve under minimal supervision
• Strong communication and organizational skills, and impeccable attention to detail
• Must understand complex business models
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks within an open and interactive environment
• Proactive, always seeking additional responsibility
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and procedures
