We are a remote-first, global team, but provide the option of working in-office in San Francisco, New York City, Indianapolis, Sioux Falls, Porto, and Singapore.


The Foreign Correspondent Banking Compliance Lead will build and manage the foreign correspondent banking program for Anchorage, including the due diligence review processes (including ongoing monitoring), policy, governance of the program.

As the Foreign Correspondent Banking Compliance Lead you will:

  • Drive initiatives to build out and implement the program, including creating and implementing policies and procedures
  • Build an effective compliance program
  • Create efficiencies in the onboarding, ongoing monitoring of foreign correspondent banking clients
  • Lead a team of subject matter experts
  • Collaborate with other internal stakeholders from various teams to achieve results
  • Deliver results in a compliant manner

You may be a fit for this role if you have:

  • 7+ years at a large financial institution with the onboarding of highly complex clients, such as foreign correspondent banks
  • Expertise in onboarding and monitoring of correspondent banking clients
  • Experience building out a compliance framework, including creating and implementing relevant policies and procedures, training, etc.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations for banks and other highly regulated financial institutions
  • Experience interacting with senior management, regulators, or other internal stakeholders to present on updates for the program
  • The ability to drive projects to completion
  • A passion for crypto
