Latch is hiring an Analyst to join our growing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. As an Analyst you will lead and support processes/systems that are critical to the success of the Finance function including management financial reporting, operational budget creation and management, cloud financial planning system management, KPI analysis and business performance review. This is an opportunity to join a fast growing technology hardware + software company during a pivotal stage of growth as we look to go public in 2021.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the monthly/quarterly management reporting process that Executive Leadership relies on to make business decisions
- Support the growth and maintenance of our operating financial plan through engagement with business leadership across all departments
- Manage our cloud financial planning system (Workday Adaptive Planning)
- Drive monthly financial reviews with business leadership to understand budget versus actual variances and update the financial plan
- Report and analyze financial KPIs, working directly with the business to create actionable insights
- Contribute to production of materials presented to the Board of Directors
- Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow in a professional and collaborative environment
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or a quantitative field
- General attitude that embraces technology and business systems
- Experience with cloud financial planning systems, specifically Workday Adaptive Planning, is a major plus
- Intermediate+ skill set in Excel, Gsheets and Powerpoint
- Experience with Looker, NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communicative skills a must
- Self-starter and initiator
- Ability to manage multiple detailed projects at the same time
- Must be able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
