We're looking for an FP&A Associate to join EquityZen’s growing team as we redefine private markets. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will:
- Assist with EquityZen’s financial forecasting and planning
- Maintain and manage forecasting reports and plans
- Maintain cash flow projections
- Compile budget reports and liaison with managers to assemble up-to-date budget information
- Analyze monthly financial reports and produce a variance of explanations, noting risks and opportunities to current strategic objectives
- Track business KPIs and develop a strong understanding of business drivers impacting company performance
- Other roles and projects as required
THE RIGHT STUFF
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 3+ years’ of experience in investment banking, management consulting or accounting
- Proficiency in financial modeling
- Strong financial statement literacy
- Proficient experience with Excel and Netsuite
- Comfortable analyzing large data sets
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with internal business partners
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Self-starter who takes initiative and proactively looks for ways to improve processes and systems
