WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The Financial Planning & Analysis team is looking for a high performer to help drive finance & strategy for the North America region within the sales and client facing organizations.

• Strategic planning and finance partner for the Sales and Client services organization to identify key operating levers, create insightful reports, and work with the BI team to build reports and automate dashboards.
• Build complex models from scratch to support contract negotiations in partnership with sales leaders to convey meaningful insights.
• Optimize resource investments through supporting analyses, and creation of reports and key metrics while ensuring data integrity.

WHO YOU ARE:

We are looking for an experienced professional who has the ability to own complex projects end-to-end, can project manage cross-functionally as well as communicates confidently with a wide range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who has a commercial mind and enjoys problem solving, dealing with ambiguity, and driving continuous improvement with a keen eye for detail.

• 8+ years of finance experience from FP&A/Strategic Planning/Corp Dev, investment banking, management consulting
• BA/BS and/or MBA/MS degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or related field
• Knowledge of or prior experience in programmatic advertising or internet a plus
• Building detailed financial models that provide insights that are easy to digest
• Strong project management skills with experience in collaborating cross-functionally
• Excellent communicator (both written and verbal), with the ability to present to senior management in a clear, concise manner
• Intellectually curious, proactively learns and teaches others how changing industry forces impact KPIs and OKRs on an as needed basis and through well-thought-out presentations
• Implement processes and build reports by working BI and System Engineering partners
• Exceptional analytical acumen, mastery of Microsoft Excel, experience with or interest in writing queries (SQL or python) and creating reports in Oracle a plus
• High personal and professional integrity with a can-do attitude, desire to roll up your sleeves and an ability to deliver outstanding work product
