The FP&A Manager, Services is responsible for:

  • Leading financial planning and analysis globally across our entire Customer Success organization as we continue our rapid growth.  Reporting into the Director, FP&A, you will be responsible for driving planning and forecast accuracy across our Customer Success, Services, and Support organizations.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with senior management and leaders within the entire Customer Success organization.  You will have direct visibility to senior leadership, including our Chief Customer Officer and CS leadership team, and be expected to play an active role in managing the business.
  • Continually improving our operational and financial forecasting process and accuracy.  You will work closely with our operations and people partner teams to ensure our operational and financial planning processes run smoothly and are clearly understood across the organization.
  • Reporting monthly and quarterly operational and financial metrics.  You will partner with GTM operations to analyze and understand drivers behind various Customer Success, Services, and Support metrics, including but not limited to Renewal Rate, Churn, Net Dollar Retention and services utilization.

You Have:

  • 5+ years experience in corporate finance / FP&A at a technology / SaaS company.
  • Proven experience building strong relationships with business partners across functions and countries
  • Extensive knowledge of and ability to build and adapt financial models
  • Expertise in understanding and analyzing Customer Success operating metrics.
  • Strong knowledge and familiarity of financial reporting / accounting concepts; particularly under ASC 606 guidelines
  • Experience managing workloads in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Built and leveraged cloud-based planning/modeling tools (particularly great if you have experience with Adaptive Planning)

  • An excellent communicator capable of translating complex, nuanced, or detailed analysis into clear, actionable summaries or recommendations.
  • Comfortable in ambiguity, thrive through change, are highly adaptable and can create clarity and focus in a dynamic environment

Reporting to Collibra's Director of FP&A, The FP&A Manager, Services measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will begin to develop strong relationships with your business partners across the Customer Success, Services, and Support organizations; including understanding their top priorities and pain points
  • Within your third month, you will have rebuilt and enhanced our services operating model in Adaptive Planning; including leveraging data integrations with external systems 
  • Within your sixth month, you will have become the trusted go-to finance partner for all of Customer Success; able to speak to trends and variance drivers of both top line results (expansions/renewals) and Opex.
