About the role 

We are looking for an FP&A Manager to collaborate with functional leaders and develop budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators. For this role, you should hold a degree in Finance or Accounting (ideally with a CFA certification) followed by relevant FP&A work experience, preferably in SaaS start-up environment. Knowledge of building financial forecasting models and interpreting complex data sets are key requirements for this position. This role is fast-paced and will have a direct impact on the company's ability to accurately forecast and make key business decisions. This position will report to the VP of Finance and collaborate with executives across all departments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop financial models through benchmarking, analyze KPI's, and monitor company operational metrics
  • Analyze actual financial results vs budget/forecast and partner with business leaders to drive insightful and timely decision support
  • Work with company executive team in budgeting process (for departments and specific projects)
  • Support analysis for potential strategic M&A targets
  • Develop a scenario-based approach to forecasting by maintaining bull, bear, and base case ranges for all forecasts
  • Drive monthly revenue reporting based on variance analysis and track key revenue metrics
  • Identify and implement process improvements, within both finance and operational environments


  • Proven work experience as a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Analyst or similar role
  • Ability to influence all levels in the organization which includes financial and non-financial business partners
  • Experience working with Netsuite and Hyperion software suits is a plus. 
  • Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts
  • Ability to influence all levels in the organization which includes financial and non-financial business partners
  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
