Responsibilities:

• Own the company’s short and long-term financial models and all budget and forecasting processes
• Build, maintain, and improve financial models to measure and track KPI’s and OKR’s
• Collaborate with teams across Foursquare in managing their budgets and providing strategic guidance on capital projects and other business initiatives
• Effectively communicate financial results and trends to senior management and recommend appropriate course of action when results vary from forecast
• Support the prioritization of various ongoing initiatives
• Support all investor and management reporting processes
• Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of existing processes and propose improvements
• Fulfill and manage ad hoc requests as requested

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Exceptional analytical, creative problem solving, and modeling skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proactive mentality and can work in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Passion for “getting into the weeds”
