Global Equity Plan Manager

The role is responsible for the efficient and correct running of the various employee equity plans. To deliver this key goal will mean organising key stakeholders, planning and implementing change, being responsible for employee communication materials and measuring and improving their success.

You will own the system success and relationship with the outsourced share plan administrators. You will be a liaison between the transfer agent and the legal leads.  You will ensure reporting and systems is on time and up to date. You will support reporting needs.  This role reports to the Global Head of Reward and will work closely with finance.


What you'll be doing: 

  • Will be responsible for the compliant and transparent operations of an LTI plan, an ESPP plan and likely some non US specific plans
  • Manage relationship with the outsourced share plan system.
  • Ensure the system has correct information
  • Lead change management where equity plans change or go through transformation
  • Work with communication specialists to create and manage a library of tools to support the retentive value of our programs
  • Manage the life cycle points of our share plans, like award, vest, and cap table reconcile
  • Project manage when there are transactions that affect the share plans
  • Provide to other stakeholders accurate reports 
  • Create a series of success measures to apply to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Ensure communication deliverables are designed with the employee’s POV and be responsible for a positive employee experience


What you will bring:

  • 8 years of experience in stock plan administration
  • ESPP experience
  • US Omnibus plan experience
  • Global stock plan experience
  • Working for a public company
  • Being a Team Leader if not a people manager
