WeWork is currently seeking a Global Stock Plan Analyst to join our Equity Compensation team.  Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Stock Plan, the successful candidate will be located in our New York office and will be primarily responsible for supporting the administration of our global equity plans.  

About the Role

  • Day-to-day administration of all aspects of WeWork’s global stock program, including equity grants, exercises, and vesting
  • Provide excellent customer service to equity participants at all levels and respond quickly to employee questions
  • Reconcile transactions, termination dates, tax withholding and reporting, and other items as required
  • Generate recurring reports and respond timely to ad hoc requests from business partners
  • Provide support with the preparation of materials for the Board of Directors and Compensation Committee
  • Liaise with our Accounting, Payroll, Legal and HR teams, to ensure that equity activity is being properly recorded
  • Create, maintain and update procedure documents, provide support for special projects, enhancements and education initiatives as needed
  • Ensure that tight internal controls are in place and procedures are followed to satisfy compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley
  • Work with vendors for outsourced administration and transactions, focusing on controls, accuracy, timeliness and customer service
  • Maintains database integrity/accuracy of the employee equity platform (Solium/Shareworks)

Qualifications/Skill Set

  • BA or BS degree
  • Minimum of 2 years related equity administration experience in a public company
  • Comprehensive understanding of many different types of equity awards and public company

   equity programs, across multiple jurisdictions

  • Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Ability and desire to roll up sleeves and be hands-on
  • Positive, cooperative attitude; ability to work with multiple teams, both internal and external
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Workday knowledge is a plus
  • Impeccable attention to detail and strong quantitative skills
  • Experience using Solium/Shareworks administration system a plus
  • CEP certification (including in process) a plus

Our headquarters in NYC sits in Chelsea, but our growing tech team works from our SoHo, Chelsea, and Greenwich Village offices.
