The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis is a critical thinker, problem solver, and key collaborator whose mission is to support groups across all of letgo through leading all corporate finance projects, including annual budgets, monthly P&L analysis, and board presentations.

Your challenge:

• Direct the company-wide monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process including income statement, cash flow, and balance sheet forecasts

• Manage the preparation of various monthly financial and operational reporting across all departments of the business

• Manage the preparation of letgo’s long-range plan on an annual basis

• Collaborate with the Accounting Team to prepare variance to budget and other deep-dives

• Direct the execution of various strategic and business analyses and drive cross-functional initiatives involving employees from across the organization

• Present to Board of Directors and Senior Management team

To get there, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (MBA preferred)

• 10-12 years of experience in finance with exposure to both FP&A and non-finance business analytics

• Functional knowledge of financial reporting and accounting

• Ability to think critically and strategically and problem solve

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently on projects and initiatives and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment (startup experience preferred)

• Experience in global, multi-subsidiary, multi-currently environments (preferred)

• Experience in pre-IPO companies (preferred)

• Fluency in Spanish (preferred)
