We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The Junior Accountant will assist our growing finance team in all aspects of financial tasks and responsibilities, and help by doing various accounting related activities.
Responsibilities:
*Perform weekly cash and company card reconciliation
*Post journal entries
*Perform monthly balance sheet and income statement account reconciliations
*Maintain fixed assets schedule and determine depreciation expense
*Review monthly expense reports
*Prepare and provide client invoices
*Manage Accounts Payable
*Assist with annual financial audit and special projects as needed
Requirements:
*Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills
*Must give attention to detail and should possess accuracy in work
*Must have good organizational skills
*Must possess excellent multitasking skills and should be able to handle multiple priorities successfully
*Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Education/Experience:
*2-3 years accounting experience
*Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other accounting related course
*Knowledge of Quickbooks and Excel, a must
*Experience in SaaS a plus
