What We're Looking For:
The Lead Financial Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role in Domio’s Finance Department. This individual will be responsible for understanding, maintaining & developing enhancements to the various financial reporting tools. Working closely with Accounting and FP&A to provide technical expertise in the form of system mappings, data integrity, preparing month end reporting and supporting the month end close process. This is an exciting opportunity that provides exposure to everything from accounting, treasury, accounts payable, and corporate finance.

At Domio You Will:

  • Support the Financial Planning & Analysis function with annual planning and quarterly forecast business intelligence solutions
  • Assist with the build-out of scalable financial process improvements to support the month-end financial close
  • Partner with finance and cross-functional teams to develop solutions that streamline business planning processes, alleviate manual processes, and ensure financial and operational results are accurate
  • Deliver reliable, scalable, and efficient systems solutions by managing all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, integration, training and documentation
  • Support management with special projects and ad-hoc requests
  • Help to enforce company finance policies

Who You Are:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Finance, Accounting or other technical discipline with 3-5 years related experience
  • 3-5 years working with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems (e.g. Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Alteryx) experience preferred
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g. Sage Intacct, NetSuite)
  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g. Chartio, Pulse, Tableau, SQL Server)
  • Advanced Level Excel skills (i.e. macros, pivot tables, complex formulas, dashboards, etc.)
  • Highly organized, adaptive, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and with different stakeholders (Finance team, Business teams, Product and IT, HQ, Regional HQ)
  • Process orientation, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically/conceptually and take the initiative to lead results
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision with strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
