What you’ll do:

• Independently develop and drive high impact reporting for Senior Management and Board of Directors
• Build out meaningful IPO and Listings Transfers prospects with sound rationale for Listings Sales team
• Enhance the effectiveness of Salesforce by creating an efficient process for client follow-ups and ensuring client interactions are properly captured and up-to-date
• Develop campaigns, newsletters, and automated briefing notes to increase client relationship development
• In collaboration with our Marketing & Communications team, build out our Social Media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) for the Listings business
• Develop automated briefing summary and prep for prospect meetings
• Develop segmentation framework for Listings’ prospects and clients
• Manage the listings road map by ensuring that timelines for deliverables are accurate and clearly communicated to all internal teams
• Assist with establishing an “end-to-end” Listings platform including: product development and operational processes
• Facilitate feedback loop between the issuer community and IEX Product
• Assist in client onboarding and support
• Conduct inbound and outbound client management on market intelligence dialogue

Your background:

• 3-6 years of relevant work experience
• Ideal candidate has successfully rotated through a 2-year analyst program at a top tier investment bank, consulting firm, or other company with a highly structured entry-level program
• Fluency with PowerPoint and Excel
• Familiarity with financial markets and trading is helpful but not required
• Bachelor’s degree required
