The Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A is responsible for:

  • Driving our company-wide forecasting and reporting process.  Reporting into the Director, FP&A, you will lead the preparation, analysis, and communication of the monthly BvA and re-forecast process, including Management and Board reporting materials.
  • Leading financial planning and analysis globally across all of our G&A functions as we continue our rapid growth.  You will be responsible for driving planning and forecast accuracy across our Finance, IT, People, and Legal organizations.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with senior management and leaders within Collibra.  You will have direct visibility to senior leadership, including our CFO, CPO, and General Counsel as well as our broader leadership team, and be expected to play an active role in managing the business.
  • Building and continually improving our financial forecasting models and accuracy.  You will help build out our financial model in Adaptive Planning, including full P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow modeling.
  • Owning corporate forecast assumptions and drivers.  You will own software revenue forecasting (ASC 606) as well as corporate assumptions and drivers including allocations, attrition forecasting, Capex/depreciation, and employee tax and benefits forecasting.
  • Understanding and communicating the story behind the numbers.  You will be responsible for understanding and effectively framing/communicating the trends and drivers of our business and financial results; spanning from department-level detail up to board-level, big picture impact.

You Have:

  • 3+ years experience in corporate finance / FP&A at a technology / SaaS company.
  • Proven experience building strong relationships with business partners across functions and countries
  • Extensive knowledge of and ability to build and adapt financial models, including connected three-statement financial models
  • Strong knowledge and familiarity of financial reporting / accounting concepts; particularly under ASC 606 guidelines
  • Experience managing workloads in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Built and leveraged cloud-based planning/modeling tools (particularly great if you have experience with Adaptive Planning)

  • Comfortable in ambiguity, thrive through change, are highly adaptable and can create clarity and focus in a dynamic environment

Reporting to Collibra's Director of FP&A, The Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will begin to develop strong relationships with your business partners across Finance, IT, People, and Legal; including understanding their top priorities and pain points
  • Within your third month, you will have rebuilt our integrated three statement model in Adaptive Planning as well as taken full ownership over corporate FP&A planning responsibilities 
  • Within your sixth month, you will have built out standardized management and board financial reporting leveraging Adaptive Planning; including both operating and financial metrics
