The Role: 

The Corporate FP&A  Manager will work with our Director of FP&A to enhance and maintain Newsela’s core financial models, support the budget and reforecast consolidation process, improve and manage resource planning through continuous iteration and analysis, support department leaders in managing to their budget/forecast, assist in preparing materials for Finance leaders, and partner across the organization to provide forward-looking analysis to support business decisions. This role will be critical in analyzing trends in existing KPI to provide forward-looking insights, and continuously iterate to improve our reporting and analytics. You will manage a team of analysts to financial models and analyses to determine ROIs for new products/market strategies and business development opportunities. Additionally, you will assist in preparing materials including board decks, investor presentations, and other executive updates.
