The Role:

As a member of the Corporate FP&A team, you should expect to be an active participant working with business leaders in analyzing corporate opportunities and initiatives. The Finance department supports the DailyPay Executive Management team in forecasting, budgeting, and decision support for all business lines. In this role you will own preparation, and distribution of financial performance reporting, analyze and develop financial /operational models to inform and support planning, and growth strategies.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Preparation of financial performance packages, board, and operating committee materials
  • Analyze, manage, and review monthly P&L results and variance explanations, preparing comments against budget and prior year, suggesting corrective measures if needed
  • Communicate financial information in a concise and accessible manner to non-finance personnel and management
  • Develop impactful, compelling presentation materials (decks, notes, write-ups, backup materials, etc.) that effectively communicates financial projections, drivers, business performance, risks and opportunities to leadership
  • Partner with business leaders to advance company strategies
  • Drive development and continuous iteration of processes, systems and infrastructure with clear roles/responsibilities/ownership
  • General corporate finance projects

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or consulting
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent financial analysis and modeling skills
  • Exceptional computational and analytical abilities and sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent project management, presentation and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; must be comfortable working cross-functionally with people at multiple levels 
  • Ability to work in and be comfortable with fast paced, fluid environment
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and completes all projects with high energy and ability to prioritize and take ownership
  • Able to resolve complex problems and articulate/communicate in a simple manner
  • Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers may be required

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of NetSuite is a plus
  • Knowledge of Anaplan is a plus
  • Tableau experience is a plus
