Requirements
About the role
You will be accountable for managing all aspects of compensation at Rokt globally.
Responsibilities
- Owner of payroll processing across all markets, including the US, Australia, Singapore, UK and Japan
- Owner off and local market payroll and tax compliance
- Partner with the business in employee onboarding and offboarding, contract reviews, policy reviews and implementations
- Partner with Sales Operations team for bonus and commission processing and compliance
- Work with Support Operations function to streamline processes and ensure operating efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain employee database including all additions, terminations and changes including self and peer review to ensure accurate data entry and maintain database integrity
- Support ERP and technology upgrade projects related to payroll as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 6+ years related business work experience in compensation, HR, or Finance
- Experience administering stock compensation schemes and related compliance
- Analytical in nature with strong project management skills and excellent attention to detail
- Experience with global markets, especially the US and Australia
- Experience in a high-growth technology environment a plus
- Experience in transitioning from pre-IPO to IPO stage company a plus

Salary Range: $145,000
