The Role:
This role is responsible for all things reporting with respect to our contact center. You will gather and analyze data to help drive strategic decisions regarding human capital needs in our Minneapolis Office.

How You Will Make an Impact:
Act as super user for product support and payments tech stack
Work with Center Management to prepare weekly staffing schedule for the group
Weekly payroll hours reporting and approval for L1 and L2
Weekly KPI reporting for ExOps
Performance Reporting for call center agents and specialists
Managing call center staffing projections and requirements
Support planning process for the External Operations group
Liaison with finance team on reporting needs
Other tasks and analyses as required
What You Bring to The Team:
BS/BA
3+ years of experience in accounting or business planning
Strong modeling skills
Solid understanding of business metrics
Experience with data reporting applications such as Metabase or Tableau
- Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers may be required
