Job Title: Planner, Global Pricing

Primary Purpose: Optimize pricing structure to support having the right product, at the right price at the right distribution points

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Pricing or Finance to...

• Independently own robust KPI reporting, tracking quarterly premiums, gross profit and margin, AUR, discount rates, and reseller performance on a Business Unit (BU) level
• Execute pre/post hindsights and model future pricing scenarios, including inter-category, to inform pricing decisions and support growth
• Leverage market tools and predictive analytics to understand competitor benchmarks and inform price elasticity
• Own uploading pricing grids and monitors BU LPA, providing special support to wholesale operations to ensure price alignment and help to set efficient system processes

The accomplished individual will possess...

• Financial modeling skills to quantify global impact of pricing recommendations, incorporating FX historical and spot rates sensitivities, and also weighing BU risk and opportunities
• Superb analytical skills to pinpoint drivers of historical trends and apply insights into future scenarios
• A collaborative mindset to partner with, and understand perspectives of, the Global Merchandising, Global Merchandise Planning, and BU teams
• Prioritization and communication skills to juggle multiple projects and recurring reports

An outstanding professional will have...

• College Degree required
• 2+ years of experience in finance, planning, strategy, or business analytics
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills
• Experience with MicroStrategy or other BI reporting tools is a plus
• Retail experience preferred (financial services, and consulting applicable)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate across levels
• Superb analytical skills with sharp attention to detail
• Strong initiative and agility to flex across shifting priorities
