Your team:

Ribbon’s Finance team is responsible for providing data-driven insights to inform strategic, financial, and operational decisions across the company. We're seeking an associate who will support our portfolio financial operations function by facilitating the process to fund home purchases, analyzing large data sets, and working cross-functionally to certify timely submission of required documents. This individual has  strong analytical skills, is highly data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

How you'll make homeownership achievable:

  • Collaborate with our Transactions Coordination team to submit advance requests for funding properties with our warehouse facilities 
  • Prepare borrowing base files and lead operations of our short-term line of credit
  • Compile routine and ad hoc portfolio reporting for lenders and investors
  • Ensure documents sent for lender due diligence are timely and accurate
  • Implement operational processes to ensure capital efficiency
  • Assist with implementation of property management and capital management software 
  • Work with Portfolio Coordinators to optimize performance and disposition of the portfolio

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in a finance or accounting related field
  • At least 1 year and/or internship experience in accounting or finance
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong project management and process design skills—you're highly organized, independent, and self-motivated
  • Obsession with data—you’re unafraid to go down to the lowest level of detail for truth
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and critically, thriving in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment while maintaining high standards of work quality
