What We're Looking For:
The Purchasing Coordinator will be responsible for direct purchasing of FF&E materials on Domio projects as well as purchasing any ongoing operational items required at our existing properties. Domio currently has hundreds of properties across the country, with plans to expand and add more in other gateway cities.

At Domio You Will:

  • Prepare initial cost estimates based on preliminary Bills of Materials prepared by our project Interior Designers and/or Architects
  • Make recommendations for alternate fixtures and furniture where needed to achieve project budgets and timelines
  • Review approved FF&E specifications and create Purchase Orders
  • Assist the Procurement Manager to oversee the bid and award process for full procurement, delivery, and installation of the final FF&E scope of work
  • Track and manage orders and any additional logistics related to the FF&E orders, ensuring purchases conform to the project budget and schedule outlined by the Project Manager
  • Help the Installation Manager with onboarding/move-in processes

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 1+ years experience in FF&E procurement, ideally for select service or full service hotel renovation projects, including full involvement in purchasing and negotiating of contract awards and delivery logistics
  • Must have exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently
  • Positive attitude and team player
