As a Real Estate Investment Associate, you will help rapidly grow our portfolio of profitable Domio properties. Domio currently controls hundreds of properties across the U.S. in major markets, with plans to expand into more gateway cities.

At Domio You Will:

• Manage Domio’s real estate portfolio P&L
• Perform market and data analyses to evaluate new market expansion opportunities
• Analyze area zoning, building codes, and regulatory conditions
• Gather data required for determining real estate value
• Underwrite potential real estate investments and review associated documentation (appraisals, leases, loan documents, etc.)
• Work with management team to drive property expansions
• Use in-house data to create financial models for real estate transactions
• Communicate with real estate brokers, managers, and owners
• Assist the management team with investor reporting and fundraising

Who You Are:

• 2-4 years of investment banking, private equity, or real estate finance experience
• Proficient in financial modeling and quantitative analysis - especially in Excel
• Strong analytical skills and quantitative skills
• Must be self-driven and motivated
• Effectively manage multiple projects and timelines
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to effectively communicate and work with various teams
