The Revenue Enablement Specialist will be responsible for providing the Sales, Account Development and Customer Success teams (your “clients”) with the tools, resources and skills necessary to increase sales productivity and overall revenue growth. This role will support sales strategy planning and partner with the Director, Revenue Enablement in the implementation and administration of enablement tools that support Snappy’s goals and the scaling of sales initiatives across different verticals and product lines. The Revenue Enablement Specialist will collaborate across departments and ensure alignment between sales, marketing, customer success, and product.

You will

  • Facilitate training sessions, administer training programs and develop new resources
  • Partner with the Director of Enablement on creating the onboarding experience for new hires 
  • Administer the sales productivity tools 
  • Coordinate enablement efforts for new product and marketing releases
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of the Sales Kick Off and other enablement-led events throughout the year
  • Measure the success of Enablement programs and prepare reports to brief key stakeholders
  • Interface with teams across multiple departments (product, marketing, sales operations) when building training, coordinating resources and delivering programs

  • Comfortable working in an environment with a sense of urgency and possess ambitious work ethic - you love seeing the impacts of your work reflected in the success of your team. 
  • A problem solver - always thinking about the “why” and the “who” before designing a solution on the “how.” 
  • Hyper-aware of the sales cycle in a way that allows you to incorporate the right materials, methods and subject matter experts to build practical programs. 
  • Eager to take on complex, strategic projects as well as tactical quick wins to support your team. It’s no problem for you to switch between leading a training, managing the details of a project and creating content in one afternoon. 
  • Most importantly - you’re positive, open, and love to learn!

Extra credit:

  • Backed by 2+ years in a customer-facing role at a high-growth SaaS company and 2+ years in an enablement role
  • You have experience using Salesforce, sales productivity tools such as Lessonly, Gong, Outreach, Highspot, Seismic
