About the Role
We are looking for a Revenue operations analyst/salesforce administrator to join our revenue team. In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Sales Operations and will develop and implement operational efficiencies that increase the sales team’s output and contribute to the company’s bottom line. You’ll work across revenue and marketing to understand business requirements and develop solutions to directly support Salesforce.com, Looker, and other various reporting needs. You will also work to support the administration of Salesforce.com and our quoting tool, CPQ. You have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working closely with sales teams to tackle their most pressing issues.
You Will
- Analyze financial data to find trends and patterns and determine where new strategies should be implemented to increase profits.
- Execute company strategies regarding daily operations
- Use available data to create forecasts showing projected revenue.
- Manage configuration and maintenance of CPQ within Salesforce.com
- Developed automation within Salesforce including workflow rules and process builders.
- Continuously support teams including executives in their daily use of Salesforce.
- Own and deliver new process updates and projects, including ideation, requirement gathering, build, support, maintenance, and success tracking.
- Monitor data accuracy and integrity by creating and maintaining Salesforce process documentation for users and internal teams.
- Conduct daily administration and support of Salesforce.com custom objects, fields, record types, workflow rules, process builders, customized views and validation rules.
- Design, create and maintain user roles, profiles and hierarchies for accounts, contacts and opportunities in response to rapid sales growth changes.
The Expectations
In your first 30 days, you will assess where we are with our sales operations and where we need to be. We believe that it's essential for you to take this first month to become familiar with our technology and our company.
After 3 months, you'll be fully integrated into the team. You will be leading the enhancement of key tools, dashboards, and reports used by management to analyze and optimize our sales processes and our Salesforce.com instance.
You Have
- 2-4 years experience working in and implementing SFDC
- Prior Revenue Operations Analyst Experience
- Preferred - SFDC Administrator certifications
- Preferred - Looker Analytics or Similar
- Experience driving continuous process improvement
- Comfort in working for a fast‐paced organization
- Excellent communications skills - able to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences

One of his goals is to make reporting actionable while not slowing down our sales organization, which holds true for our entire tech stack. When not at the office, Brian can be found playing golf, doing handyman projects around the house or finding great new restaurants with his wife.
