Revenue Operations Associate
The Revenue Operations team is the backbone that helps the go-to-market (GTM) team run effectively. Our job is to manage the full funnel operations across the customer lifecycle and provide the organization documentation and expertise needed for the teams to function efficiently.
The Revenue Operations Associate will also partner with Chainalysis’ Finance & Legal teams to drive operational excellence and process efficiency in the Revenue organization. You will work to support the Sales team in optimizing their selling time and your work will drive revenue growth and help close some of our largest deals.
In one year you’ll know you were successful if you…
- Work cross functionally to ensure accurate data is maintained from various departments
- Responsible for ensuring that public tenders, request for proposals (RFP), bids etc are submitted accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage vendor registrations for customers and prospects
- Own the data in Ombud (sales content collaboration software)
- Ensure that data on won opportunities are properly and accurately entered into the systems, specifically Salesforce.com
- Assist in contract renewals by ensuring the backend process moves along, all paperwork is properly submitted and all commercial teams are updated on progress
- Work within the Revenue Operations team to improve processes throughout the organization
- Work closely with Revenue Operations Team initiatives as needed
